We began as a dedicated clear aligner service, building expertise in treatment planning, STL optimisation, and in-house aligner manufacturing. As our clinic partners grew, so did their needs, and so did we.
Today, Shark Smile is a full-service digital dental company. Alongside our aligner services, we now offer precision CAD design for crowns, bridges, partial dentures, and full dentures, all delivered as production-ready STL files within 24 hours. Every case, aligner or restorative, is reviewed, QC-checked, and tracked through our secure client portal from submission to delivery.

Treatment Planning
We design your patient's complete aligner treatment plan from scratch, staged tooth movements, IPR, attachments, and occlusal correction, reviewed by our orthodontic consultant before it reaches you.
Aligner Manufacturing
Once your plan is approved we fabricate the physical aligners in house, QC check every set, and ship directly to your practice or lab. Global delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Treatment Plan Optimization
Already have a plan from another provider but something is not sitting right? Our orthodontic consultant reviews it in full and returns actionable clinical recommendations.
STL Optimization
Scanner files not production ready? We clean, repair, and prepare your STL files using Meshmixer: undercut blocking, recession management, bar addition, and pontic creation.
Digital Restorative Design
Send us your scan files and prescription and we design your restoration digitally: crown, bridge, partial denture, or full denture, and deliver a production ready STL file within 24 hours, ready for your mill or printer.
